Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information RockWood Interactive (“RockWood”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website and our Discord app, and what we do with it. It doesn't cover our Roblox games: those run on Roblox, and Roblox's own Privacy Policy applies there.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: the email address or Discord username you give us, the type of inquiry, and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email address or Discord username, portfolio link, the role you're applying for, and your pitch.
• Our Discord app: when you use one of its commands, Discord sends us your Discord user ID so we can check you're allowed to use it. We don't store it.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. The site saves one small value in your browser's session storage so the opening animation only plays once per visit. It never leaves your device, and it's cleared when you close the tab.

How we use it

We only use what you send us to reply to you, review your application, or answer your command. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing.

Who else handles it

• Discord: form submissions are delivered to our team's private Discord channels, so Discord stores them under its Privacy Policy.
• Netlify: our web host. Like any web server, it briefly processes technical details such as your IP address in order to deliver the site. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Roblox: game stats and images on this site come from Roblox's public APIs. We don't send Roblox any information about you.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and applications only as long as we need them, for example while we're talking with you or considering you for a role. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

Children

Our games are played by people of all ages, but our contact and application forms are meant for people aged 13 and over. If you're under 13, please don't send us personal information. Ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead. If we learn we've received information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at rwhinteractive@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
