Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use this website or the RockWood Interactive Discord app (together, the “Services”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Our games

RockWood's games are played on Roblox, so the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox's community rules govern your play, purchases, and account. Robux purchases are handled entirely by Roblox. RockWood isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Using the Services

You agree not to:

• send spam, abuse, or harassment through our forms or Discord app;
• pretend to be someone else, or send someone else's personal information;
• try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the Services;
• scrape the site or our stats API in a way that harms it.

What you send us

You're responsible for what you send through our contact and application forms, and it must be accurate and yours to share. When you share a portfolio, you keep all rights to your work. We only use it to review your application.

Job applications and commissions

Applying for a role doesn't guarantee that we'll reply or offer work. Any commission work is covered by a separate agreement, such as its scope, pay, and deadlines, made directly between you and RockWood before the work starts.

Our content

The RockWood name, logo, game artwork, and site content belong to RockWood Interactive or its licensors. You can share links and screenshots, but you can't reuse our branding or artwork commercially, or suggest we endorse you, without our written permission.

Stats and the Discord app

Player counts and other stats come from Roblox and are provided as-is. They may be delayed, cached, or occasionally wrong. We may change, limit, or stop the Discord app or stats API at any time.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't promise they'll always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RockWood isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the new terms.
